The Compass Group (TCG) is an international financial services firm specialising in wealth management, managed investment portfolios, corporate finance, and cross-border advisory. We operate across London, Mauritius, and Kuala Lumpur, working with internationally mobile professionals, entrepreneurs, families, and institutions.
What makes us different is integration and focus. Most financial firms separate investment management, planning, and corporate advisory into different divisions that don't talk to each other. At TCG, everything works together — meaning your investments, your financial plan, your company structure, and your cross-border situation are all considered as one coherent whole.
We're also specifically built for people whose financial lives cross borders. If you're living abroad, managing wealth across multiple countries, or navigating the complexity of international tax and pensions, you're exactly the kind of client we serve best.

At the core of TCG's investment philosophy is a simple but powerful belief: long-term performance is driven by disciplined portfolio construction and intelligent diversification — not by short-term market timing or speculative bets.
We believe asset allocation is the most important investment decision anyone makes. Getting the right balance between equities, bonds, cash, property, and alternatives — calibrated precisely to a client's risk tolerance, time horizon, and objectives — explains the vast majority of long-term returns.
We combine this with rigorous risk management: protecting capital during market stress is just as important as capturing growth when markets rise. We're not trying to be the most exciting investment firm. We're trying to be the most reliable one.

Built for cross-border lives. Most wealth managers are built for domestic clients. TCG is specifically designed for internationally mobile people — we understand expat tax, multi-jurisdiction estate planning, pension portability, and currency risk in ways that domestic advisers simply don't.
Integration, not silos. Investment management, financial planning, corporate advisory, and compliance all work together at TCG — not as separate products from different departments.
Institutional quality, accessible minimums. Our Managed Portfolio Solutions give clients access to institutional-grade investment funds that are typically only available to large pension funds and ultra-high-net-worth investors — without requiring tens of millions to access them.
Transparency. We don't sell commission-heavy products that lock you in. We build long-term relationships grounded in transparency, clear fees, and genuine alignment with your outcomes.
Access to decision-makers. TCG clients have direct access to senior people. You won't be passed off to a junior adviser once you're onboarded.

Yes — this is our core focus. The mass affluent expatriate is the client we understand better than almost anyone else. We've built TCG specifically around the financial challenges of living and working internationally.
Expatriates face a unique set of problems that domestic financial advisers are simply not equipped to handle: pension gaps across multiple countries, cross-border tax complexity, multi-currency wealth, the inability to access home-country financial products as a non-resident, and the difficulty of finding advisers you can actually trust in the expat market (which has historically attracted some unscrupulous operators).
TCG exists to solve all of this properly. If you're living abroad and want your financial life to actually make sense, you're in the right place.

Your capital is invested through TCG's proprietary Managed Portfolio Solutions. Rather than selecting individual stocks — which requires specialist expertise and significant scale to do well — we invest in a carefully curated selection of the world's best institutional-grade funds across multiple asset classes.
Think of it as hiring the best fund managers in the world across every major market — and then having TCG select the right combination of them for your specific risk profile and objectives.
Your portfolio might include funds covering global equities, fixed income, alternatives, property, and cash — all weighted and monitored by TCG's investment team. Tactical adjustments are made when macroeconomic conditions warrant, but always within a disciplined risk framework.

Getting started with TCG is straightforward. The process typically works as follows:
Step 1: Initial conversation Book a no-obligation consultation with a TCG adviser. You can email brent@tcg-ltd.com or use the Book a Meeting button on our website. This is a 30-45 minute conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and whether TCG is the right fit for you.
Step 2: Fact Find If we're a good fit, we'll ask you to complete a detailed Client Fact Find — a structured questionnaire covering your financial position, goals, risk tolerance, and personal circumstances. This is the foundation of everything we do.
Step 3: Initial assessment and proposal Your adviser will review your Fact Find and prepare an initial assessment of your situation, along with a proposal for how TCG can help — including recommended services and indicative fees.
Step 4: Engagement If you're happy to proceed, we formalise the engagement, complete any required compliance and due diligence, and begin implementing the strategy.
Step 5: Ongoing relationship This is a long-term relationship, not a one-off transaction. Your adviser is available throughout the year, and you'll receive regular portfolio reporting, annual reviews, and ongoing advice as your circumstances evolve.
